As a first step in the diversification of the company’s activities outside the San Diego area to enter the Egyptian market, Cal Southwest Construction, Inc. is also a 15% shareholder of the LE 10 million ABB Arab Contractors Company SAE (ABACON) established in December, 1997 which specializes in electromechanical works in Egypt.

Under the articles of incorporation of Cal Southwest Construction, Inc. registration number 1904203 dated 1st October, 1996 the company is authorized to issue one class of shares of stock up to a maximum of 1,000,000 shares. 

Cal Southwest Construction, Inc. has issued 4,400 shares with a share price of US$1,000 resulting in a total paid capital of US$4,400,000 bought solely by OGECAL Holding, Inc., a diversified holding company in San Diego, California affiliated with the Osman Group of companies in Egypt.
