Site Construction Engineer/Structural Engineer

  • Construction Engineer for the Amman Grand Hyatt Hotel and Zara Trade Center involved in various aspects of concrete works and finishing.

  •  Assisted on the design of the prestressed conference hall in the Hashemite University in Zarqa, a steel factory in Irbid, the RC mat of the Zara Trade Center and a steel tank in Aqaba.

  •  Various activities conducted in Misr Raymond Foundations include:

One) Design of piles of various projects including secant pile walls for National Iron and Steel Company for Kajima Corporation

Two) Studying different tender documents including Piling of New Aqaba Jetty in Jordan for the Spanish firm NECSO Entercanales Cubeirtas.

Three) Analyzing contracts with main contractors including contracts carried out for AMOC Complex in Alexandria with Foster Wheeler France and Spanish firm Tecnicas Reunidas.

  • Participated in studying projects on a Build, Operate, Transfer Basis (BOT) for Egyptian International Company for Urban Development of which Osman Group is a shareholder.

  •  Carried out financial feasibility studies of various projects including El Tahrir Car Park and Almaza Cinema Megaplex..

  • Carried out coordinating work between Osman Group in Egypt and its subsidiaries overseas including Cal Southwest Construction, Inc. in San Diego, California.

  • Carried out various tasks involving ABACON (a joint venture with ABB) and Specialized Contracting and Industries Co. (the general contracting company of the Osman Group in Egypt).
