President/Treasurer

  • Responsible for total management of general contracting firm specializing in heavy civil and general engineering construction.  Typical projects include sewage and water pump stations, water distribution systems, water reservoirs, chlorination facilities, sewage and water treatment plants. 

 

 

1975-1985         Metro-Young Construction                                     USA

Vice President/Division Manager

  • Responsible for total management of this division specializing in heavy civil and general engineering construction.  Successfully developed and directed the operation from US$7 million in volume in 1976 to over US$25 million in 1984.  Work was usually distributed through 10-15 projects varying from US$500,000 to US$20 million in size. Projects included wastewater treatment plants, electrical power plants, site developments, and various pipelines and utilities projects. 

 

1971-1975         Belco Systems, Inc.                                                 USA

Vice President/General Manager

  •  Advanced through the ranks from Chief Estimator/Project Manager to Vice President/General Manager of a division of Belmont Electric Service, Inc. doing US$3 million in volume per year.  Work performed consisted of plumbing, heating, air conditioning, process piping and utilities for schools, hotels, treatment plants, pumping stations and government installations.

Vice President Operations

  • With responsibility for field operations, planned, organized and supervized project managers on large mechanical projects.
