IntroductionWelcome to Cal Southwest Construction, Inc., the construction subsidiary of Ogecal Holding, Inc. (Osman Group's US subsidiary) incorporated in San Diego, California.
It was originally incorporated in 1985 in San Diego, California, USA and has participated in general engineering construction including sewage and water treatment plants, pumping stations, water distribution systems, water reservoir and chlorination facilities. It has executed over 50 projects within California of contract amounts reaching up to US$6,000,000 since 1985. Cal Southwest Construction, Inc. has been awarded twice by the City of San Diego as Contractor of the Year and is currently achieving annual gross sales of around US$5 million mainly in the scope of underground utilities within San Diego County. In addition, Cal Southwest Construction, Inc. has plans to diversify into the Building and Development Sector in addition to bidding projects outside San Diego County. It also plans to participate in United States Agency for International Development (USAID) projects in the Middle East and Africa utilizing its powerful ties with Osman Group companies in the region. Cal Southwest Construction, Inc. owns a 15% share of ABB Arab Contractors for Construction (ABACON).
